Personal Lines Processor
- Processing - this would include download. Verifying renewals, policies changes and documenting if incorrect and reaching out to the company to get them corrected. Look at deductibles and liability - should we send quotes with options at renewal time?
- Helping with Surplus Lines renewals. Confirming renewal quotes are accurate, checking coverages and if there is an admitted carrier available for renewal. Getting applications and renewal documents out to customers and making sure that they are back in timely fashion with payments to bind coverage.
- Account Manager Support in multiple areas: Covering desks for vacations, emergencies, dealership/mortgagee calls
- Daily Download Report – processes all transactions and runs report
- Sends renewal questionnaires when needed
- Send premium increase reports to account managers
- Completes unbilled report
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
