Job responsibilities:

• Input transactions and balance the general ledger
• Reporting to the owners and assisting with various tasks, such as pulling reports.
• Account reconciling
• Set up and document meetings.
• Research & make recommendations or solutions.
• Troubleshoots/problem solving
• Coordinate important events
• Represent executives professionally
• Weekly Payroll
• Benefit Management
• End of year compliances
• Fleet registrations/onboarding/offboarding
• Train & Oversee two administrative assistants
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Quickbooks Desktop proficient
• Experience in the green industry, preferred but not required
• Excel
• Minimum of three years of general accounting experience.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain a level of confidentiality.
• Ability to adopt and work efficiently in a rapidly changing environment with deadline pressures.
