Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical nursing skills for medical surgical
- Support ethical and care to endorse the values, rights, dignity and beliefs of everyone who our organization helps
- Must enjoy a fast-paced environment with exceptional multi-tasking skills.
- Collaborative team player with superior communication skills.
- Optimize outcomes by implementing, diagnosing, assessing and evaluating patient care
- Coordinate and lead groups, coordinate care, delegate, and work well with others as equal members of team
- Oregon Registered Nurse License (prior to start)
- BSN or the ability to obtain within 3 years of hire. RN's with 20 years' of experience exempt.
- The ideal Intensive Care / ICU Registered Nurse (RN) holds at least 1 years of ICU experience in acute care hospital setting
- ICU RN Experience Required
- ACLS preferred BLS required
