The ideal NP candidate will have had exclusive experience working with the frail and elderly for complex patients. However, we will consider NPs with GNP experience. This facility is a very inclusive health care provider for senior patients who are in need of extensive medical care under one roof. This is a great opportunity for a NP to collaborate with other professionals such as: PTs, OTs, Dieticians, Home Health care nurses, etc.

We are looking for a candidate that possesses the ability to work independently but also collaboratively. A team-driven mindset is a MUST! REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be licensed as a Certified Nurse Practitioner in the State of Pennsylvania 
• 4 years of experience working with the elderly
• CPR & First Aid Certification

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• WILL PAY EXTRA FOR A CERTIFIED AUTONOMOUS NP!
• Will consider candidates with FNP experience
