Summary
A hospital in the Walla Walla area is searching for a permanent Nurse Manager, Surgical Services to join their team. The Nurse Manager will report directly to the Director of Surgical Services and will collaborate with the CNO.
Responsibilities

• Oversees all aspects of patient care services for the OR
• Provides mentorship, leadership and clinical education to all staff in the department
• Supports quality improvement and quality assurance
• Supervises staff training and orientation
• Ensures staffing levels are met
• Completed other operational responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required (current students will be considered)
• 3 years of nursing experience in surgical services
• 2 years of charge or supervisory experience
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
• BLS

Salary: $51 - $84/hr
