As a physician assistant, you’ll provide primary care for patients of all ages. Working in a hospital, outpatient center, urgent care center, private practice or other healthcare setting, you’ll examine, diagnose and treat patients, order tests and prescribe medications. You’ll play an important role in preventing disease and educating patients and families.
