We are seeking a professional with a strong background in excel to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting data into excel and company data bases. This Data Clerk will also be responsible for creating and maintaining various reports in excel. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data and has strong customer service skills.

```Responsibilities```

- Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently

- Create and update spreadsheets and databases

- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system

- Organize and maintain files and records

- Transcribe information from paper documents to digital formats

- Maintain various reports in excel

```Experience```

- Previous experience in data entry or a similar clerical role is preferred

- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create pivot tables

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and copiers

- Basic knowledge of data collection methods and procedures
