Under the supervision of the Donor Program Services Campaign Manager, the Donor Program Services Campaign Associate is a liaison between the Communications and Development teams. Through collaboration, this position seeks to advance fundraising efforts by supporting donor stewardship and communication through the production and support of donor communication streams, coordinating appeals of various sizes sent to donors, and maintaining accuracy of donor databases.

• Coordinate the creation, review, and processing of communication lists for appeals, including the use of queries in multiple donor databases, review of lists for accuracy, preparation of lists for fulfillment purposes once data is qualified, upload appeal information in donor records, etc.
• Coordinate list generation for analysis, reporting, queries, and tracking for large- scale appeal mailings and updates, including coordination of list review process by Development officers with administrative staff as well as coordination with marketing teams to fulfill list needs for all deliverables in a timely manner.
• Coordinate interdepartmentally to support the creation and maintenance of fundraising codes and solicitation tracking.
• Supports fundraising teams in the administration of system integrity and quality control by monitoring data entry and database for inaccurate data to eliminate duplicates and inaccuracies.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Access knowledge preferred.
• Ability to handle logistics of large marketing campaigns requiring attention to details and tight deadlines.
• Ability to critically think through solutions and the long term effects of decisions.
• Possess the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and problem solve quickly and efficiently.
• Aptitude for and adaptable to new technologies.
• Ability to work/coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Ability to remain focused in a fast paced environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data analytics and/or donor/constituent record management.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
