Position Overview :

The Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist will be responsible for effectively processing plant tickets and invoicing customers out of our office in Dodge City, KS or Garden City, KS.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience and / or education in accounting and be a detail and deadline-oriented individual who has computer skills with a strong background in Microsoft Excel.

This is a full-time seasonal position that reports to the Regional Administrative Manager and has no supervisory responsibility.

Essential Duties and Functions :

• Learn and understand internal coding
• Process customer tickets with a high degree of
• Index, validate, and attach tickets in accounting
• Review audit reports and be able to recognize and correct ticketing
• Process customer
• Strong communication skills answering questions from both internal managers and outside
• Cross-train with applicable positions

Position Requirements :
