Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnishes, and other finishes to various surfaces. Your attention to detail and knowledge of different painting techniques will be essential in ensuring high-quality results.

Duties:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Select and mix paints, varnishes, and other finishes according to the project requirements
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
- Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas from paint splatters
- Ensure proper ventilation and safety measures are followed during painting projects
- Repair and touch up painted surfaces as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within specified deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of color theory and the ability to mix paints to achieve desired shades
- Proficiency in using painting tools and equipment such as brushes, rollers, and spray guns

- Familiarity with reading schematics and blueprints for construction painting projects
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Strong time management skills to ensure projects are completed within deadlines
