$24,000 Salary 10% Commissions. The commission structure is uncapped and is expected to generate anywhere between an additional $50,000 to $75,000 in income per year.

Critter Control is a nationally recognized wildlife brand and our Lansing franchise is looking to add a Sales Leader to its team. This is a great opportunity in a growing, stable company. Our ideal candidate will be a responsible professional, who is able to interact well with all types of customers and has construction skills/ understandings of home construction.

This isn’t your typical sales position, we pre-qualify your leads & set the appointments, then you get on the road to the client’s home for an inspection. Average closing time is 2-3 weeks per job.

In addition to the base compensation & commissions, we offer a bonus program, benefits and a company cell phone and truck. Full time/year-round position.

We are looking to hire someone to service the Southern portion of our Lansing Territory, spanning from Hastings to Mason and down to Homer (not including Jackson or Battle Creek).

Requirements:

• Proven Sales Experience
• Reasonable comfort level with heights (ladders/roofs)
• Construction/handyman skills a big Plus! (drills, caulk gun, etc)
• Pass a Background Check & Drug Test
• Clean driving record (must be eligible for our commercial auto policy)
• Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team
• Attention to detail is critical!
• (Siding/window/door/gutter/roofing Sales experience a plus!)
