Role Description

The Test Day Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the test center staff during exam dates, ensuring the completion of test day processes. Conduct performance reviews and mentor employees on career development.

Qualifications

• Ability to train and lead a team
• Capability to monitor and troubleshoot electronics and automation systems
• Strong attention to detail to handle pressure on test day
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to manage test takers and ensure adherence to test day procedures
• Experience of delivering exceptional customer service

Skills:

• Previous supervising experience
• Competent level of English
• Comfortable working with computers and technology
• Excellent attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual

Experience with IELTS testing and familiarity with test center operations is beneficial.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Weekends as needed
• Weekends only

Experience:

• Supervising: 2 years (Preferred)

• Atlanta, GA 30341: Relocate before starting work (Required)
