CRITICAL RESPONSE GROUP is Hiring a Regional Implementation Manager Near Trenton, NJ

Duties and Responsibilities; Regional Implementation Manager

In the position of Implementation Manager, you are principally responsible for ensuring that all Final CRG Products are disseminated to the client professionally and consistently and that all associated first responder agencies have verified access to the CRGs as well.

We require all employees to be flexible and willing to take on tasks that may extend beyond their core responsibilities. Therefore, the listed description of duties is not intended to cover all activities or responsibilities you will be asked to accomplish. In accepting this position, you will be expected to embrace that concept. Our company believes in a strong culture of respect, teamwork, collaboration, and open communication. The following core responsibilities are not an exhaustive list of tasks you may be asked to address; however, we intend to coordinate assignments to ensure you are adequately supported in your responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities

Implementation Management:

  • Management of Implementation Projects-Thoroughly review the status of implementation projects, ensure the accuracy of the information in each card, and ensure that the projects are moving along the ‘pipeline’ in a productive and timely manner.
  • Research, cultivate, and identify appropriate first responder contacts in anticipation of approved products being disseminated.
  • Be able to utilize current systems and software to include Microsoft Office, Google Apps Suite, GXP, Zoom and Pipedrive
  • Disseminate consistent and professional communication to the client with access to their final products.
  • Learn and be able to speak to why having CRGs is of great value when responding to a critical incident, and become proficient in technologies that we integrate with, including the GXP Platform.
  • Conduct high level public safety meetings, describing the product and briefing best practices for successful implementation.
  • Convert all disseminated final products into implementation projects in the current Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Platform, which is currently Pipedrive.
  • Disseminate the final products to the identified first responder agencies. This communication has two short-term objectives; 1. Provide access to the CRGs 2. Solicit an initial overview meeting with the identified first responder agencies.
  • All correspondence will be sent, received, and codified through the company's current CRM, and all notes and actionable follow-ups will be documented and easily understood by other company team members from all teams and levels of the company, who are researching information regarding the current status of implementation for that specific product.
  • Coordinate, attend, and participate in implementation overview meetings for projects assigned to you. Take fastidious notes on action items gleaned from said meetings, and communicate tasks, follow-ups, and questions to appropriate members within the company.
  • Ensure that all projects move through the implementation project management continuum with consistency. At a very minimum ensure that all relevant first responder agencies have verified access to the final products.
  • Work with our project management team to ensure the seamless delivery of products, and the timely and meaningful response to any questions or concerns the client may have post-delivery.
  • Accurately communicate the implementation effort to the client during the ‘client check-in’ portion of the project continuum. This communication shall include but is not limited to the first responder agencies who have been provided access to the CRGs and any platform integrations that have been completed, to ensure ease of access for first responders. This will occur within 6 months of the delivery of final products.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the senior management of CRG.
