The Work

Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving issues with end user hardware and software, and assist the team with implementing broader IT infrastructure improvements.

To perform this job, you:

• Establish relationships with co-workers to enable performance as a team member.
• Learn and put into action:

  • The work performed, the tools, and performance expectations.
• Maintain enterprise SaaS applications including but not limited to: Microsoft 365, AWS, and Atlassian
• Maintain physical security systems through provisioning, monitoring, and regular reporting
• Maintain IT security through hardware provisioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Create and maintain documentation for processes and troubleshooting
• Monitor ticket queue and route incoming tickets

• Understand basic computer networking concepts

You have the ability to:

• Problem solve in high stress situations
• Work as part of a high performing team that includes both strategic and interrupt driven tasks
• Work hands on with a variety of technologies
• Work and troubleshoot with individuals who have varying levels of technical expertise
• Communicate professionally and effectively

Bonus if you have:

• PowerShell or other scripting experience
• Customer service experience

Logistics and Physical Requirements

• This position is a hybrid role of remote and on-site work. Qualified candidates must be able to accommodate a productive in-home work environment when working remotely, as well as travel to physical office locations as needed. On-Site locations include Bremerton, Seattle, and Ellensburg Washington.
• Must be able to use a computer and work at a computer or desk area for extended periods of time.
• Needs to be able to lift heavy equipment (40 lbs. )
