Qualifications for Travel Physical Therapy:

• Determine appropriate Physical Therapy (PT), POC & D/C and make adjustments as necessary
• Masters Degree or higher, in Physical Therapy (PT) from an accredited physical therapy (PT) program
• Physical Therapy (PT) license, or pending, in the state
