Job Summary:THE COMPANY Criterions is a leading provider of Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Practice Management (PM) software in the metro NYC area. THE POSITION We are looking for a Product Manager that can investigate in detail all government, client and peer requirements and work with our development team to integrate these requirements into our system in a timely and efficient manner. Previous experience serving in this kind of a role is required and experience in the Healthcare field would be highly desired. Our product is an Office of the National Coordinator for Health (ONC) Certified EHR and has recently completed our re-certification (December 2022). The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record and demonstrable knowledge of technology. Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. Travel may be required. For more information about the product, please see www.criterions.com. Job Description: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Invest time required to fully learn the product. Clients may not be clear on exactly what their needs are. Probing discovery will be required. Maintain knowledge of company’s products. Detail oriented when assisting and preparing proposals in response to RFP/RFQ/RFI’s and SOW’s. Respond to functional and technical elements. Required to attend trade shows, technical training and occasional customer visits. Provide consistent feedback from customers to development for continuous product improvement. Engagement with sales and marketing to remain connected with our customers and their needs. Work Experience and Education Guidelines: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or another relevant field required. Experience in lieu of educational requirements could be considered. Two or more years of experience in a software or technology company, HCIT a plus. Combination of business and technical aptitude. Excellent communication skills: interpersonal, presentation, and written. Proficient computer skills. Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Jira preferred. Familiarity with medical specialties, EHR, MIPS, CPT Codes, CCDA and E/M codes would be a big plus. Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced business environment without constant supervision. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are critical for this position.
