Physical Requirements:
- Ability to move throughout the property (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods of time.
- Ability to make repeated movements with arms, hands, and wrists.
- Ability to express or exchange ideas verbally and perceive sound by ear.
- Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work with hands above the shoulder. Turn or twist the body in a circular motion.
- Ability to lift, pull, push, balance, and carry up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to tolerate exposure to heat, cold, chemicals, and loud/noisy environments.
- Food Safety Food Handler
- 6 or more months of experience at Cristy’s Pizza
- Schedule availability to open and/or close the restaurants
- R12 Certified
- A positive recommendation from MUM and manager
- Consistently meet our quality and efficiency standards
- Proactively solve problems
- Holds self and team accountable to the Cristy's Culture
Position Summary:
- Key Holder will have a proven track record of achieving results based on strong operational knowledge.
- Manage closings and openings during non-operational hours (not open to customers).
- Decision-making and planning while upholding standard product quality and cleanliness.
- Ensure all policies, standards of operations, and procedures are followed.
- Key Holder is not a supervisory position with no direct reports.
