DESCRIPTION:

The Technology Analyst will be a part of a team that is responsible for supporting key corporate systems including the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of technology platforms that keep STEELE BRANDS at the leading edge of our industry. This starts with having a strong understanding of our company’s values and understanding our brand and vision. The ideal candidate will have background/knowledge in the following areas; Point of Sale Systems, Information Technology, Back Office Systems, Computer Programming, Web Development, Media Production, and Restaurant Operations. The person selected for this position should have a keen interest in stabilizing current systems, improving store level operations through technology and leading innovation around guest facing technology.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitoring and maintaining online ordering systems, including website and mobile applications
• Programming Point of Sale menu items and Back Office Management systems
• Supporting menu changes for Point of Sale, online ordering, mobile applications, third party delivery providers, etc.
• Support and help lead the pilot of a new POS system in conjunction with a new e-commerce platform
• Assisting with and providing input on key operations initiatives and how technology can help streamline in-store operations, improve profits, and control costs
• Contributing to the development of training materials and Learning Management Systems
• Providing support to restaurant leaders to ensure maximum uptime and reliability of restaurant systems and technology
• Manage deployments of software upgrades as it pertains to store level systems and above store applications
• This role will help support data reporting needs throughout the organization
• Support new restaurant openings through detailed planning and execution
• Lead coordination of cross functional teams as it relates to critical support issues
• Other duties as assigned

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• A Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3 - 5 years of relatable experience
• Experience with web and/or software development
• Ability to multitask with three unique brands under the Steele Brands umbrella
• Knowledge around NCR/Aloha products is highly recommended
• Knowledge around Restaurant 365 back office system is a plus
• Instructional Design
• Vendor management skills
• Point of Sale and Back Office Systems, Learning Management Systems, HTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Database Systems, Adobe Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organization and attention to detail is a must
• Proven ability to urgently problem solve
• Ability to work with and communicate with Franchisees on a daily basis
• Travel 10-15%

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
