Performance matters most; not your date of hire!Responsibilities & ExpectationsThe Embedded Corporate Security Manager is located just outside of Boston, Massachusetts. This position is responsible for the overall physical security success of the client account. They serve as the primary point of contact overseeing the guard force and security technology on the client's corporate campus. Duties: Provide strategic goals, vision, and oversight for the internal security team.Drive continuous innovation to enhance all aspects of service delivery.Manage and supervise all employees engaged in servicing the principal and/or client.Develop and update policies and procedures.Undertake contingency planning and course of action development.Ensure that training requirements for agents and teams are met, identifying new training needs and opportunities.Comply with licensing, certification, and credential requirements in all primary areas of operation.Handle record-keeping, data management, and reporting.Oversee billing and invoicing.Conduct performance evaluations for employees, drafting corrective action plans and, if necessary, managing terminations.Provide protection in a covert, low-profile manner.Maintain a high level of confidentiality concerning sensitive information related to Principals, physical protection means and methods, or company information.Demonstrate flexibility and consistent attendance.
