The Role:
The Graphic Design Lead will focus on graphic design that engages, informs, and inspires action. This role requires a strategic mind that can take concepts and ideas and create visual representations in web, mobile, print, and tradeshow/event media. Using their expert knowledge of current design software and processes, the Graphic Design Lead will collaborate with multiple departments across CPI, taking written and verbal ideas and converting them into a design that connects with the consumer. This position will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing and will guide and develop a creative solution for every project with a humble, team-first approach.
