Job Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt, 37.5 hours per week
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Payrate: $25.50/hour
Location: Fully Remote, must be located in WA state

Crisis Connections provides a variety of telephone-based support services that are free and easily accessible to anyone in our community experiencing crisis. Our service area includes King County and WA State. Our passion is to foster resilience and wellbeing for all by connecting people to accessible and compassionate support.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, from 9am-5pm.
Program Summary:
The Washington Recovery Helpline offers support and referrals for individuals, loved ones and providers seeking treatment for addiction, mental health, and problems gambling. In June 2024, we will be expanding our services to include scheduling for “Bridging Appointments” from emergency rooms to MOUD community providers.
Position Summary: The Database and Community Enrollment Specialist will maintain the scheduling and referral database for these appointments. This role will require close relationships with community partners and diligent attention to detail. You will work closely with the Crisis Connections Data department and the clinical MOUD team.
As the Database and Community Enrollment Specialist, you will be responsible for compiling accurate and timely reports for funders on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. This position responds to internal and external requests for data to track and analyze trends and help share our work with the community. You will assist in the creation of databases and logged call reports as part of quality assurance to identify areas where individual and/or group improvement is needed. Additional responsibilities will be assigned as necessary.

Individuals will need to be able to wear a headset or earphones as they take calls and attend meetings. Requirements
Computer Skills Assessment: Crisis Connections requires a basic Computer Skills assessment to measure computer literacy and skills. The assessment is approximately 15 minutes in length, and timed. HR will provide a link to complete the test after screening qualified candidates.
