LONG TERM SUB from approximately August 26, 2024 - November 12, 2024.Westford Public Schools is seeking a Long Term Sub Special Education Teacher - REACH Program classroom, specifically for students with a moderate to significant Autism diagnosis. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: * Plan and implement direct instruction, including discrete trials * Partner with BCBA to supervise and implement basic principles & teaching procedures of ABA therapy * Develop behavior management plans and system for consistent data collection * Individually assess, monitor and adjust student learning goals according to student need and access. * Consult and collaborate with related professionals (psychologist, OT, PT, SLP) * Collaborate with classroom teaching assistants * Assess student learning * Develop and implement IEPs
