Are you an avid cyclist with a natural talent for sales? Dive into the exciting world of bike retail as a Sales Associate and be a vital part of our shop's mission to support cyclists and build a strong community.
Shop Operations: Keep our shop running smoothly day in and day out. This means managing inventory, ensuring the place looks neat, and restocking merchandise.
Sales Support: Help drive sales by recommending the correct products and bikes to customers. Knowledge of mountain bikes, road bikes, gravel bikes, and e-bikes is preferred.
Customer Care: Be the friendly face of our shop. Welcome everyone warmly, answer questions, and solve any problems with a smile.
Community Connections: Get to know the local cycling scene. Build relationships with clubs, events, and riders to spread the word about our shop and get involved.
What We're Looking For:
- At least two years of retail experience, bonus points if it's in a bike shop.
- A love for cycling and a good understanding of bikes, gear, and accessories.
- Friendly and approachable, with a knack for working well in a team.
- Great at chatting with customers and making them feel welcome.
- Organized and detail-oriented, keeping things running smoothly even when busy.
- Can juggle lots of tasks and stay calm under pressure.
