Job description
Crippen Buick GMC Mazda Volvo Cars, a family-owned automotive dealership with over 50 years of excellence, is looking for a self-motivated and ambitious Sales Consultant to assist our customers with their purchase of new or pre-owned vehicles. Experience is a plus, but not necessary. We will teach you how to thrive in our low-pressure sales environment, where our customer's needs come first.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Showing our clients a level of professionalism and customer care that exceeds their expectations
Building rapport with clients that results in a lifetime relationship
Learn about and become an expert on your products and relay your knowledge to our clients through a professional product presentation.
Answering customer's questions and conveying vital information honestly and clearly to overcome the clients concerns and objections
Consistent follow up with clients; both before and after the sale
Consulting with management and senior staff to create a plan for your success and following thru.
Consistently maintaining a positive attitude
Operating with honesty and integrity
Qualifications and Skills:
A professional and well-kept appearance and manner
A minimum of 1 to 2 continuous years of customer service experience.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills (email, internet, word processing) with the ability to learn how to accurately maintain computerized records and database information.
Ability to follow detailed verbal instructions
Valid driver's license with a clean history
-Experience in the automotive industry or retail sales is helpful but not required. We will train you.
