Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness at Crimson Villas Apartments. Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Handle special cleaning projects as assigned
- Adhere to health and safety regulations

Experience:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
- Familiarity with different types of surfaces and how to clean them effectively
- Experience in floor care (e.g., carpet cleaning, waxing) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Good physical stamina to handle the demands of the job
- Customer service skills to interact with residents in a professional manner
