Job Summary
Perform on-site quality inspections of customer locations to ensure quality customer service level expectations are met by Security Officers. Conducts spot evaluations of Officer performance, audits post knowledge of SOP's and facility operations. Ensures compliance with standards of conduct through on site performance observations. Fill in for any call outs during the 6pm-6am time frame.Skills & Responsibilities
