```Duties:```
- Oversee and manage the preconstruction phase of construction projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop accurate project estimates
- Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents to identify potential issues or conflicts
- Conduct site visits to gather information for estimating purposes
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for clients
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure accurate and timely completion of preconstruction deliverables
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on constructability, value engineering, and scheduling
- Assist in the development of project budgets and schedules
- Provide support to the project team during the bidding process

```Qualifications:```
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction industry practices, methods, and materials
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience using construction software such as CMiC, Prolog, Civil 3D, Primavera, etc., - Strong project coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of construction estimating techniques and practices
- Familiarity with project management principles
