Crimson Consulting Group is Hiring a Construction Superintendent Near Flagler, FL
Our client, a growing developer, builder and is in search of a Superintendent with multifamily building experience for their Palm Coast area projects. This company has experienced successful growth for over 2 decades and still expanding! They develop & build beautiful, luxury apartments throughout the southeast. This company has an outstanding reputation , a team of dedicated professionals and is offering a generous compensation structure, as well as opportunity for advancement.
A qualified candidate must possess the following:
5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial / multifamily construction
Successful experience running large projects of at least $15 million
Experience in managing a large team while maintaining safety (OSHA certification)
Strategic, collaborative mindset with the ability to adhere to / manage project schedule and budget
Prior project experience that includes multifamily apartments, senior/assisted living, hospitality and other large multistory commercial projects
Ability to form strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills; experience with construction software, particularly, Procore
A High School diploma or equivalent is required
A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus
