A Georgia based general contractor is in search of a Superintendent. This builder focuses their efforts on a variety of commercial and industrial work such as retail, big box, distribution and manufacturing facilities. This company takes pride in their solid reputation for excellent customer service and strong relationships with their clients which results in a significant amount of repeat business.
A qualified candidate must possess the following:
· 10 years of experience in commercial construction
· Experience with retail, big box or industrial tilt wall projects
· Experience managing projects of at least $10 million
· Ability to form strong relationships with subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, etc.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field is preferred
· Availability to travel to projects
