We are seeking a laborer who can work quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in basic construction and manufacturing, as well as experience with a variety of tools and techniques used in industrial settings. The laborer will be called upon to perform a wide range of tasks including, but not limited to, the following: moving heavy objects, sweeping floors, grounds keeping, picking up trash, etc.

Qualifications

• Dependable with a valid driver’s license (required).
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the job (prolonged physical exertions, including lifting, carrying, reaching, bending, pushing, pulling, and climbing).
• Self-starter, aggressive work ethic, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Safety conscious
• Ability to work in various conditions with exposure to weather elements.

Responsibilities

• Perform garage custodial duties – clean up maintenance areas of shops.
• Assist in ground maintenance of company properties as needed.
• Pressure washing of construction equipment – detailing interiors for operation.
• Safely performs duties in compliance with company policies.
• Maintain other properties - grounds keeping including but not limited to mowing, trimming, picking up paper/trash.
