**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Bar Back to assist our bartenders and ensure exceptional service to our patrons. The Bar Back will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness behind the bar, restocking supplies, and assisting with the preparation of beverages.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Keep the bar area clean and organized at all times.
2. Restock bar supplies such as liquor, glassware, and utensils.
3. Assist bartenders in preparing and garnishing drinks.
4. Empty trash and recycling as needed.
5. Ensure the bar is fully stocked during peak hours.
6. Maintain a polite and professional demeanor with customers.
7. Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling bar equipment and supplies.
**Qualifications:**
1. Proven experience in a similar role or willingness to learn.
2. Knowledge of bar operations and drink recipes is a plus.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
6. Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects.
7. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
