Mission for Sales Associates: To service customers, troubleshoot their concerns, sell phones and accessories, and meet their weekly total device quota and monthly KPIs target.

· Clean and organize: clean and organize the store during opening, mid shifts, and closing shift.

· Personal hygiene : able and willing to maintain healthy personal appearance with consideration to neatness and cleanliness. Keeps decent overall appearance and professional dresses per company’s dress code policy as in Employee Handbook

· Tattoos and Piercing : Jewelry must be kept to a minimum. Tattoos containing profanity or provocative imagery may not be visible in work attire and must be covered.

Outcome:

Sales associates are expected to sell and serve up customers. Depending on the class of the store the associates gets assigned to, below is the minimum weekly total device target as well as Monthly KPIs target. Associates are expected to meet and exceed goals by day 60 on the job.
