Job Summary

As a Reliable Communications Sales Manager, you will have the chance to grow with our team while providing outstanding customer service resulting in customer loyalty. We provide extensive sales training throughout our onboarding process, which helps build experience and confidence. You'll also be learning about the wireless industry and sales. Your focus will be on selling wireless phones, services, and accessories. We have been in a constant state of expansion since 2012 and frequently promote qualified team members within our markets. We pay an hourly wage and also have a very competitive commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage staffing, team training, development, and coaching for high performance.
• Perform and provide consultative sales and service on the sales floor during retail hours.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Ensure audit compliance according to standards.
• Ensure effective and efficient store operations.
• Implement Reliable Communications policies, processes, and procedures.
• Must be available to meet the needs of retail business hours.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience:
• 2 years of retail experience.
• 2 years of management experience.
• 2 years of sales management experience.
• 2 years of employee management experience.
• Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
• Direct sales: 2 years (Required)
• Management: 2 years (Required)
• Skills:
• Comfortable using google docs, excel and spreadsheets
• Proficient with Point of sales systems
• Proficient with sales reporting
• Proficient with sales training
• Proficient with inventory management
• Must have experience with creating schedules
• Availability:
• Work varied shifts and weekends.
• Must be available for 10-hour shifts, holidays, Monday to Friday, on-call, and weekends.

Work Environment

• Work Location: One location.
• Work Includes: Evenings, weekends.
• Employees per Shift: 5 or fewer.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: From $18.00-$25.00 depending on experience
• Pay Frequency: Weekly.
• Supplemental Pay Types: Commission pay.monrhly
