Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Representative

Compensation: $9.00 - $13.00 hourly
Crown Wireless Corp, a leading authorized retailer of Cricket Wireless, is currently looking for strong Sales Leaders who are passionate about Mobile Technology. We are accepting resumes for full and/or part-time Wireless Retail Sales Representative to join our innovative, best in class and growing company.
The Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Representative will be responsible for providing an exceptional sales experience by working directly with consumers, promoting mobile devices, tablets, and reporting on our products, promotions and on-site services. If you enjoy interactive technology, working in a busy environment, and can educate consumers on our client's family of products, then we want to speak with you!
Base hourly rate plus sales bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, vision and 401k options.
Responsibilities:
- Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans and accessories.
- Drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Understand and communicate to customers various wireless products, plans, features, and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with co-workers and consumers.
- Participate in outside marketing events.
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience or customer service experience.
- Available to work flexible hours, weekends and during peak retail selling periods. Work at various locations may also be required.
- Tech-savvy and enjoy working with interactive technology devices.
- Bilingual; Spanish speaking preferred.
- Enjoy working in a team environment & engaging consumers. Must be enthusiastic and have the drive needed to complete sales.
- Independent and self-motivated team player.
- Regular physical activity will be required, e.g., setting up promotional material, changing displays, etc.
- Must be able to pass background and drug screen.
