CRH is Hiring a Scheduling Concessions Manager - Citizens Bank Park Near Philadelphia, PA

Job Description

The Concessions Staffing Manager is responsible for maintaining appropriate staffing levels for all concessions operations. This includes recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, all Front-Line Associates and Non-Profit Organization fund-raising partners. The coordinator is also responsible for creating, issuing, and maintaining all associated and appropriate documentation.

Job Responsibilities

• Recruitment and training of new and current Front-Line Associate 
• Creation, collection, distribution, and maintenance of all non-profit group documents.
• Presentation of company policies and procedures to Front-Line Associate (FLAs)
• All events are appropriately staffed according to operational needs.
• Manage the check-in process for all events.
• Ordering, distribution, and maintenance of uniforms provided to non-profit partners and FLAs.
• Assessment and coaching Front-Line Associate 
• Maintain employee availability records
• Employee attendance tracking.
• Create, maintain, and communicate employee schedules each week
• Ensure accurate employee time sheets are submitted
• Ensure Transfer Journal Vouchers (TJVs) are submitted and communicated daily, as appropriate.
• Stand paperwork prepared prior to each event
• Reconciliation of cash deposit after event
• Partnering with other ARAMARK departments with scheduling as necessary.
• Operations assistance during events.
• Employee paycheck distribution.
• Provide CSC with staffing lists prior to each event.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English language, both spoken and written.
• Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, Aramark Alcohol Regulations, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Great customer service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work successfully in a team environment and promote teamwork.
• Ability to exercise confidentiality and maintain information in an appropriate manner and protect employee privacy.
• Ability to manage people and have accountability for company assets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively use problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to quickly learn new technology systems.
• Previous experience in the food service industry.
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
