Job Description
The Food Service Worker will assist the manager with food/meal preparation; maintain cash receipts and meal records. Assist manager in completing daily reports. Maintain high standards of quality in food production, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices.
Job Responsibilities
- Must have 5 years of restaurant experience.
- Ability to team lead and drive results.
- Knowledge of scheduling, food safety, customer service and up-selling.
- Overall knowledge of both FOH and BOH duties.
- Bartending capabilities.
- Cash handling/counting drawers and doing daily drops.
- Assist with inventory.
- Help tracking and planning events and booking reservations.

Qualifications
• Food Service Certificate as needed
• Sufficient education or training to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions
