Job Summary:

We are a direct repair facility for the largest insurance company in the state of Michigan.
We are seeking a skilled Body Shop Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in auto service management and possess exceptional customer service skills.

Duties:
- Estimate costs and time required for repair work
- Communicate with customers regarding vehicle issues and repair options
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure accurate estimates
- Transmit repair orders to the appropriate personnel
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the repair process

Skills:
- Prior experience in a dealership setting
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of auto service management
- Ability to work effectively with service technicians
- Experience in service writing and sales within the automotive industry
- Understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
