Position: HVAC Sales Rep 

Location: Hooksett, NH 

Position Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in education and training on the latest industry technologies and sales best practices
• Establish and maintain client rapport with our products and services.
• Generate commercial leads and develop qualified opportunities.
• Formulate and present accurate and complete sales proposals.
• Help facilitate post-sale transitions with service and installation managers.
• Educate prospective clients on the superior quality of our services.
• Follow-up with existing bids and leads.
• Maintain client information and update activities in Salesforce.
• Foster client development and client satisfaction for repeat and recurring revenues

Position Requirements:

• Computer literate to include average skills with Microsoft applications and Salesforce.
• Minimum 3 years of previous HVAC / MEP Sales.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic, process-oriented thinker with a strong work ethic and proactive decision-making ability.
• Self-motivated and able to execute in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to generate accurate, consistent, and timely prospecting and sales work to achieve sales objectives.
• Demonstrable ability to work well with others.
• Perform estimating and pricing activity to ensure best value solutions at highest attainable margins.
• Other duties as may be assigned.

Commute:

• Daily commute to Hooksett, NH area, no overnights, we serve southern NH and northern MA.
