Crestwood Assisted Living Facility is looking for Caregivers to join our HEROES. Our team provides excellent care to the residents and pride ourselves in the care we give the residents.

Pay: $11-$12/HR $500 Sign-on Bonus

Schedule: 11PM - 7AM (rotating 4x2 schedule)

Duties:

• Help maintain a healthy, home-like environment.
• Have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to conduct business in a professional manner.
• Communicate effectively with residents and family members.
• Respect privacy and follows HIPAA requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Assists residents with their personal care needs in a timely manner.
• Encourages and supports residents to continue to maintain independence and dignity by letting them do as much for themselves as possible.
• Encouraging residents to live life to the fullest.
• Assist resident with personal hygiene such as bathing, shampooing, and oral/denture care.
• Assist with daily living activities such as dressing, toileting and transfers.
• Assists residents with medications as directed by the nursing supervisor.
• Assistance with serving meals and clean up following meals.
• Does resident and facility laundry.
• Completes some light housekeeping for resident apartments.
• Cleaning duties throughout the community common areas.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
