Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, the Program Administrator directs and coordinates all aspects of the Center’s overall program, including Program Services, Nursing Services, Administrative Department, Human Resources, Social Services, Therapeutic Recreation, and community relations.
The Clinical Director/Program Administrator ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and timely completion of respective reporting requirements. The Clinical Director/Program Administrator is also responsible for the maintenance of Quality Improvement activities to ensure compliance with current licensing and accrediting policies and regulations. 

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge and experience in Psych Social Rehabilitation and recovery principals, WRAP, DBT and Trauma Informed care principals preferred.
• A minimum of five years in a clinical setting at least one of which must have been in a mental health setting, and two or more years in a supervisory capacity.
• Regulatory Experience and Knowledge of CARF standards and Crisis Stabilization criteria.
• Experience in working with health care and mental health regulatory agencies.
• Prior experience working in Psychiatric Health Facility preferred

• Proven ability to work with others, at all levels within the organization, and collaborate effectively.
• Above average interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.

• Experience in supervising a team of professional, paraprofessional and peer providers working within the program.
