Title: Payroll Specialist

Job Duties: ThePayroll specialist assists facility Payroll personnel with accurate and timely payroll and benefits processing for facility personnel. Ensures accurate and timely record of employee information supporting all aspects of the process of payroll and benefits, while maintaining a solid audit trail, and producing related reports.

Schedule: Full-Time

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Time & Attendance administration, preferable knowledge in UKG Kronos
• Minimum of 2 years processing payroll, knowledge in ADP Workforce Now a must
• Associate degree, or equivalent, relevant work experience

The ideal candidate will also possess the following experience and qualifications:

• Perform analysis, reconciliation, and audits of timekeeping, payroll, and benefits data.
• Processing and monitoring of wage garnishments, tax liens, child support orders, and required notifications.
• Ensuring accuracy of all new hire data and changes processed via Workforce Now system.
• Ensure timely processing of leaves of absence and terminations in Workforce Now system
• Understanding of benefits administration, including processing of enrollments, life events, work events, and COBRA events.
• Knowledge of 401K withholding.
• Processing of employment verifications, unemployment claims, disability claims, and other payroll or benefits related documents.
• Ability to multi-task, pivot, and be flexible in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, accounting, math, writing, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are required to be successful in this role.
