Title: Director of Nursing 

Job Duties: The Director of Nursing Services (Nursing Manager) oversees all aspects of nursing for the 16-bed Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC). This includes directing and supervising a nursing team and partnering with the Program Director to guide and direct recovery services for those we serve. It also includes but is not limited to, infection control, pharmacy, laboratory, quality assurance, medical records, and staff education. The Director of Nursing Services ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and timely completion of respective reporting requirements.

Qualifications: 

1. Current licensure in the State of California as a Registered Nurse
2. With compassion, supporting residents with cognitive and behavioral challenges
3. Experience leading/training others
4. CPR and first aid certified
