Title: Dietary Technician

Job Duties: The Dietary Technician is responsible for assisting the Registered Dieticians in assessments and charting and completing IDT reviews and care plans. Dietary Technicians are responsible to follow up with the Registered Dieticians recommendations and part of the team in analyzing and providing solutions for dietary interventions.

Schedule: Full-Time (shift time varies weekdays including weekends)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or studying/studied in a nutrition-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university.
• Experience is a plus.

About the Campus: The “Courtyard at Idylwood” is a 106-bed skilled nursing facility providing services for individuals with a combination of medical and behavioral needs. Services focus on skilled nursing, along with specific clinical programming addressing behavioral needs. The facility is near the freeway and surrounded by shopping and restaurants.
