Location: This position reports to the Sacramento Corporate Office and can be a Hybrid position.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current licensure in the State of California (RN, LVN, or LPT) Preferred/ bachelor’s degree in nursing or healthcare related field
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting preferred.
• Demonstrate DSM-V, psychosocial rehabilitation principles and practices, recovery-based principles and practices, evidence-based practices, and current best and promising practices.
• Familiarity with applicable regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
• Prior experience in the Quality Improvement process

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides subject matter expertise for quality improvement, clinical services, program development, foundational tools guidance and regulatory guidance for continuous quality improvement throughout Crestwood.
• Prepares reports and communicates quality data and other quality related information to the team and leadership.
• Participates in the Quality Improvement Committee
• Assists multidisciplinary teams and departments in meeting quality related goals.
• Facilitates process improvement projects with various departments to improve workflow, efficiency, and performance of quality metrics throughout the organization.

Provides training and information sessions on quality management topics as needed.
