The Columbia Marriott Downtown is seeking a thoughtful, dynamic and inventive individual to join our Guest Services team.

We are seeking a Concierge Lounge Attendant to help lead and deliver a quality customer experience in our Elite Member Lounge for our downtown property.

Job Description:

· Courteously greet and welcome guests to the Concierge Lounge, ensuring hotel's standards of service.

· Engage with the customers and create personal connections by assisting with concierge needs such as directions, local recommendations, etc.

· Facilitate guest use of the Concierge Lounge's technology offerings and concierge amenities.

· Assist in preparing the Lounge for breakfast buffet service, all day snack for the scheduled shift. Perform opening and closing duties, as needed, assist others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.

· Maintain the cleanliness of the room at all times.

· Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs for the lounge appropriately.

· Monitor and anticipate the guests' needs and all phases of the operation; including assisting guests with requests and inquiries.

· Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships.

Job Requirements:

· Requirement include a hospitality centered personality with great customer service. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task required.

Tardiness will not be allowed.

· This job requires ability to perform the following: regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently standing up and moving about the work area, frequently handling objects and equipment to maintain the facility, frequently bending, stooping and kneeling, frequently working in areas of high temperatures around heavy equipment and other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14-$16 per hour
