Position: Bell Attendant

Key Responsibilities:

• Warm Welcome: As the first face our guests meet and greet upon arrival, you will be responsible for providing a warm and courteous welcome.
• Greet and Guide: Greet guests as they arrive and guide them appropriately, ensuring a seamless check-in experience.
• Valet Services: Valet vehicles when necessary to offer convenience and ease to our guests.
• Luggage Assistance: Assist guests with their luggage during check-in and check-out, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
• Guest Services: Schedule taxicabs and assist with guest inquiries, providing prompt and helpful responses.
• Local Expertise: Offer guests valuable information, directions, and recommendations about the hotel and surrounding places of interest.
• Deliveries: Handle guest laundry, packages, and other items, ensuring they reach their destination promptly.
• Maintain Areas: Take pride in maintaining the lobby, front porte cochere, reception, and fitness room areas, contributing to the overall ambiance of our hotel.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years old.
• Must have a valid Texas state drivers license with a good driving record.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
