Assistant Front Office Manager
We are currently seeking a new team member as an Assistant Front Office Manager at Marriott Orlando Airport Lakeside. Our property offers 485 guest rooms and approximately 30,000 sq feet meeting space. As the Assistant Front Office Manager the primary role of the individual will be assisting the Front Office Manager in running the operation and functioning as Manager on Duty during PM shifts as required. Requirements:
Applicants with previous full service Marriott/PMS/Marsha experience will be prioritized.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
Must have flexible work schedule. Able to work all shifts- days, overnights, weekends, holidays. Primary shift will be 3pm-11pm.
Knowledge of front desk procedures and protocol preferred
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communication skills- oral and written, excellent interpersonal and relation skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure with good attention to details
Ability to effectively deal with guest concerns in a friendly and positive manner
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Interested in solid long term position or rapid career growth
