Crestline Villa Housing is Hiring a Maintenance Worker Near Jamestown, NY

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for overseeing and performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This is a full-time position.

  • Duties:
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, including repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance
  • Mowing, weed whacking, lawn care
  • Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
  • Performing preventative maintenance.
  • Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
  • Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
  • Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
  • Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to maintenance staff
  • Perform electrical repairs and troubleshoot issues with logic controllers
  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and address any issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
  • Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications preferred
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong repair skills preferred
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively, motivated
- Valid Drivers License
