The Accounting Supervisor will primarily be focused on working within the hotel as it pertains to the billing and receivables. The incumbent of this position will be responsible for the processing of accounts receivable and the corresponding policies and procedures.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Creates billing accounts following established procedures 
• Weekly collection calls will be made on past due accounts over 60 days and information concerning the receivables will be shared with GM and Sales staff.
• Keeps aging report up-to-date and reconciles accounts monthly
• Act as Manager on Duty as needed
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education & Experience: 

• Accounting knowledge. Prior hotel experience and hotel computer systems
• Excellent accounting and math skills and proven organizational skills
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Second language a plus
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
