Your Job 

  • Responsible for the general maintenance of the facility, including all common areas, resident rooms, grounds, equipment, and mechanical
  • Perform routine building maintenance duties, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and heating and ventilation systems maintenance
  • Lead by example and maximize each resident’s quality of life
  • Complete administrative duties, such as filling out forms and reporting maintenance statuses to supervisor
  • Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs
  • Comply with all safety and health regulations

Work is performed while standing, sitting and/or walking

  • Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision and hearing
  • Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations
  • Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching
  • Requires the ability to lift, carry, push or pull light weights

Who You Are

  • High school graduate or GED
  • 2 years of related experience (Have other qualifying experience? We want to hear from you!)
  • Motivated and organized team-player with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities and have excellent time management/organizational skills
